For years, I didn’t fully understand what was happening...

Sometimes I’d feel frozen — no energy, no motivation. Other times there’d be a steady hum of anxiety pushing me through the day.

Like many people, I searched for relief — meditation, retreats, and different healing practices. Eventually I found breathwork, learned how the nervous system works, and explored somatic practices that actually helped.

That’s when things shifted. I began stepping into a life that felt aligned: calmer, more creative, more connected.

Now, I guide others through the same kind of process — a space to slow down, reconnect, and remember what balance actually feels like.

Training & Background

My work draws from a range of disciplines that bridge science, somatics, and breath.

I’m a Certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West in San Francisco, where I studied the Integral Coaching® method — a developmental approach grounded in mindfulness, somatics, psychology, and embodied awareness.

I’m also a Level 4 Certified Breathwork Practitioner, trained with David Elliott, with additional study under Dr. Belisa Vranich.

Currently, I’m completing my Master’s in Counseling at New Mexico Highlands University. While I’m not a licensed therapist and my work is not psychotherapy, this graduate training strengthens my coaching and breathwork practice.

Together, these experiences shape an approach that helps clients reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and return to themselves.
