Just Breathwork

Rooted in ancient tradition and supported by modern nervous-system science, this work uses rhythmic, conscious breathing to move energy and emotion that words can’t reach. Each breath becomes a bridge — between body and mind, between what’s been held and what’s ready to move.

Every session is unique. Some people feel lightness or tingling energy, others experience deep calm or emotional release. Just one session can shift something meaningful.

Sessions are held online through Zoom — all you need is a quiet space, headphones, and a comfortable place to lie down with a blanket or pillow for support.

No experience is required — just curiosity, openness, and a willingness to see what unfolds.

MY APPROACH TO BREATHWORK

In sessions, we use a blend of breathing techniques to support both regulation and release.

  • A rhythmic, active pattern to move energy and emotion.

  • A specific breathwork technique designed to slow the heart, steady the system, and support calm.

  • Gentle vibrational exhales (polyvagal-informed) designed to melt tension and invite deep relaxation.

  • A specific breathwork technique designed to energize the body, increase stress tolerance, and sharpen mental clarity.

Breathwork isn’t one-size-fits-all; like any deep practice, we find a pace and depth that’s right for you.
